Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation.


Acupressure is based on one the most ancient principles of healing - that simply touching a specific point on the body will release stress and improve health in the body. In an acupressure session, I apply firm pressure directly to these "points" on your body, which relieves your muscle tension and improves your circulation. This simple and powerful technique has been shown to very effective in treating headaches, backaches, and even insomnia.

Geriatric massage is a form of massage designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly. It helps to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and also increase range of motion. If you are elderly, geriatric massage can help you maintain and improve your overall health, as well as regain certain physical functions that have been reduced due to aging. In addition, since the elderly don't typically receive enough physical touch, this massage can also help alleviate symptoms of loneliness or depression.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Myofascial Massage

Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Myofascial massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.


Developed by physical therapist Bonnie Pruden in 1976, myotherapy involves applying focused pressure onto specific points of the body called "trigger points". Trigger points are places in the body that can cause pain to other areas of the body. For instance a trigger point on the hamstring might cause pain in the lower back. These trigger points are dissolved by applying direct pressure to the muscle for several seconds with either the hands, fingers, or elbows. Through several sessions of myotherapy, trigger points are eliminated, restoring full function and health to the body.

Oriental Bodywork

Oriental bodywork aims to restore and balance the flow of energy (Chi) throughout your body. It uses gentle hand and finger pressure along specific points and energy pathways (meridians) on your body to restore your body to full health. There are many forms of Oriental bodywork, but they all share a common foundation in Chinese Medicine. They simply differ in their use of specific techniques to balance your energy.

Pressure Point Therapy

Your body stores stress in specific areas called pressure points. Pressure points are small painful pockets of energy that are located along a nerve pathway in your body. These pressure points actually block the nerve energy from flowing through your body, causing a variety of discomforts and illnesses. In our session, I apply pressure to these specific points and dissolve them, releasing any blockages and restoring your nerve pathways to optimal health and function.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.

 Cancer and Massage therapy treatments is a special type of massage developed specifically for cancer patients. Cancer patients have unique needs which must be addressed to make sure that a massage is beneficial to their health. I focus my attention on creating a gentle, nurturing environment for you to relax into.

Chair Massage

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy Massage is my custom massage therapy with an additional aroma add to your custom made cream or oil,and an ambience aroma in the room from of one or more scented plant oils called essential oils to address specific needs.You select the oils you like : relaxing, energizing, stress reducing, balancing, etc . 


Bamboo Massage

Warm pieces of Smooth Bamboos are used to relieve the tension , the relaxing heat penetrates the muscles , expanding and relaxing the areas of underlying tension and reaching even the deepest knots with no pain .Muscles become more flexible  while you experience a complete relaxation.


Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.i use slow strokes or friction techniques across the tissue of the muscle. Is used for tight or painful muscles, strains, posture problems, recovery for an injure , sports massage.

Is important for you to know that you can feel sore for one or two days after a deep tissue massage. But it certainly helps a lot !. 


Myo-Cupping Massage

Is a practice of using suction on the skin.This suction usually breaks capillaries,the small blood vessels near the skin surface,resulting in red marks where the cup was place on.

Traditionally  cupping has been practice for over 3,000 in Chinese medicine,and was also found to be practice by the Egyptians and Ancient Greeks (source) Hippocrates even used. Now Cupping is practiced as part of traditional oriental medicine (e.g. Chinese, Korean, and Japanese) and Persian medicine.

Releases illness-causing blockage like allergies and colds,TCM practitioners consider when the marks are darker ,more blockage is being released . 

Release trigger points and inflammation on areas with less fat tissues like the back and shoulders.

Increases Circulation and speeds Healing stimulating more blood and Lymph flow . 

Fire cupping,where the combustion removes oxigen from the air pressure sucking the skin into the cup.

Wet cupping are cups place on the skin suctioning the air and  blood that it’s let inside the cup .

Dry cupping are Cups place on the skin and the Only the air is suctioned.


The  technique I use is dry cupping ,where cups are place on the skin and the air is suction out using a suction pump.
